And, as we said, we’re not Orbitz® or Expedia® or Travelocity®.

Orbitz® says they represent 40,000 hotels worldwide. Now that’s a lot of hotels to be involved with. We represent the twelve Camino Real Hotels in Mexico. We know all the hotels very well and we have the opportunity to visit each other all the time. We know the general managers, the people at the front desk, the reservations manager. We and our hotel colleagues stay in close touch with each other in order to serve you better. It’s a mutual commitment we’ve made.

And Expedia® says that it reaches more than nine million travelers each month. Well, that’s a lot of people to care about. We only reach people like you who are interested in coming to visit us here in Mexico - staying at one of the beautiful Camino Real Hotels. The truth is, we don’t have enough rooms to host 9,000,000 people in a year.

We don’t sell advertising on our sites, we don’t leave cookies on your site or ask you to sign in and become a member (of what, we were never sure). We don’t have flashing lights or banners. We make our way by doing a good job of serving you the way people used to do. We always try to be clear and direct and to practice good computer manners.

Although we are not the Camino Real company, we have promised them to do our best in representing them in a way that carries forward their tradition of excellence.

Our company, Zapotec Tours / Zapotel, is made up of good hearted, hard working people both here in Mexico and in the United States. Thanks to the internet, our offices are in touch with each other dozens and dozens of times a day - planning for your comfortable stay.

So, we’re a company well suited to our purpose and we’re a staff that understands and appreciates people who are interested in comfort, luxury and 5-star service when they are traveling.

As a small, strong company and we can serve you well because we can act quickly and, at the same time, carefully.
